Purchasing content is simple and can be completed in just a few steps.
Step 1: Sign In or Create an Account
Before purchasing digital content, you will need to sign in to an existing account or create a new user profile. This allows your purchase to be securely linked to your account and ensures you can access the content in the future.
Step 2: Browse and Select Content
Navigate to the video, webinar, course, or content bundle you wish to purchase and select the content to view its details, pricing, and access options.
Step 3: Add to Cart and Checkout
Select Purchase, Buy Now, or Add to Cart (depending on the platform configuration), then proceed to the checkout process.
If you are not already signed in, you may still be able to add content to your cart. However, before completing your purchase, you will be prompted to log in to your account.
If you do not already have an account, you can select Register from the login page, or follow the site's instructions for creating a non-member profile. Registration requirements may vary depending on how the organization has configured its website and membership system.
Once logged in or registered, you can return to the checkout process and complete your purchase.
Step 4: Complete Payment
Enter your payment details and complete the transaction using one of the available payment methods.
Step 5: Access Your Content
Once payment has been successfully processed, the content will be automatically assigned to your user profile. You can begin watching or learning immediately, or return later and access your purchased content by signing in to your account.
Where Can I Find My Purchased Content?
After signing in, your purchased videos, webinars, courses, and other digital content can be found within My List, under Purchased Content.
You can access My List from the user profile menu in the top-right corner of the website.
Depending on how the site has been configured, My List may also appear on the homepage as a highlighted row of content, providing quick access to your recently purchased and saved items.
If you are unable to locate your purchased content, please ensure you are logged in with the same account that was used to complete the purchase.
