A Collection is a curated group of videos or content that you recommend to your audience, designed to be viewed in a specific, sequential order. Collections help guide viewers through related content, offering a more structured and engaging experience.
How to Create a Collection

Navigate to the Collections Section
- Go to Library > Collections in the admin panel.
- Click Add New to create a new Collection.

Enter Collection Details
- Collection Name: Enter a title for your Collection. This will be visible in the library.
- After creating the Collection, use the 3-dot menu next to it and select Edit to update additional details:
- Description: Add a description to improve search results.
- Visibility: Choose whether the Collection is Online (visible) or Offline (hidden).
- Thumbnail Image: Hover over the image placeholder and click Upload to add a thumbnail for the Collection.
- Save your changes.

Add Content to Your Collection
- In the Collection editor, click Add New Content.
- Use the Channels menu to filter content by channel or use the content dropdown menu to search for specific content.
- Click the + button to add content to the Collection.
- Continue adding content as needed.
- Use drag and drop to organize the content in the desired viewing order. This will determine the sequence in which the content is played for viewers.
Adding a Collection to Your Library
Once the collection is created, you can display and access a collection from your library:

Add a Collection as a Row
- Go to Library > Layout > Recommendations and Rows.
- From the Add Rows section, filter the menu to display Collections.
- Select the desired Collection from the list and click Add.
- The Collection will now appear as a row on your library’s homepage.
- Use drag and drop to position the Collection in the desired order.
The selected collection will now appear as a row on your library, and the row will contain the videos from the selected collection.

Display a Row of All Collections
- To display all Collections as a row:
- Navigate to Library > Layout > Recommendations and Rows.
- In the Recommendations list, toggle on Collections.
- This will add a row of all the Collections you’ve created to the library.
- Use drag and drop to sort the row order.
- To display all Collections as a row:
All Collections will now appear in a row on your library homepage, with the collection title and cover image.
When a member watches a video from the collection, the collection navigation will appear on the video player:
