Admin Role Permissions Overview – Support

The table below can be used to understand which roles can access specific sections of the admin portal.

Admin: Full access to all admin sections.
Studio Guest: Limited access for guest presenters; typically used for live streaming participation within the Webcastcloud Live Studio.
Video Creator: Can upload and manage their own video content. May have access to Events or Courses if included in their plan. Can set content visibility and pricing options where permitted.
User: Basic admin role with limited access. Can upload videos but has no access to advanced admin features or settings.
