If there has been recent changes to images on your video channel or video, and you are not seeing the image changes reflected immediately, you may need to clear your browser cache for your video website.
You can do this by the following:
Chrome
Clear Browse Cache
- In Chrome, select Browser Settings Icon
- Select More Tools > Clear Browsing Data
- Modify the time range
- Select Browsing History and Cookies
- Clear
Clear DNS in Browser
- In Chrome browser, type chrome://net-internals/#dns
- Select Clear host cache button
Edge
Clear Browser Cache
- In Edge, select Browser Settings Icon
- Select Settings, click Privacy, search, and services
- Go to Clear browsing data now, select Choose what to clear
- Modify the time range
- Select Browsing history, Cookies and other site data, Cached images and files
- Clear now
Clear DNS in Browser
- In Edge browser, type edge://net-internals/#dns
- Select Clear host cache button
Firefox
Clear Browser Cache
- In Firefox, select Browser Settings Icon
- Select Settings, click Privacy, search, and services
- Go to Cookies and Site Data, Click Clear Data
- Select Cookies and Site Data and Cached Web Content
- Clear
Clear DNS in Browser
- In Firefox browser type about:networking#dns
- Select Clear DNS Cache
Safari
Clear Browser Cache
- Click the Safari menu, then Clear History...
- In the Clear field choose All History
- Click Clear History.
Clear DNS in Browser
- go to Safari menu and then open Preferences.
- Then click on the Advanced tab and then check Show Develop menu in menu bar.
- Now you should see a new option, Develop in Safari’s menu bar.
- In that menu, select Empty Caches option to clear the browser’s cache, including any caches related to DNS.
