If you are on corporate network or any network behind a firewall, you may need to speak with your IT or network team to ensure you can view the content from the webcastcloud video platform.
If you are experiencing any issues with video playback or accessing any of the features from the webcastcloud site, please ensure that your IT team whitelist the following websites and firewall ports.
Websites
Ideally the whole top-level should be whitelisted to ensure all the applications work. This may be simpler for your IT department than adding each sub-domain.
- *.webcastcloud.com
- *.cloudfront.net
Sub-Domains
The below list of sub-domains may be added if required:
- app.webcastcloud.com
- chat.webcastcloud.com
- media-cdn.webcastcloud.com
- analytics.webcastcloud.com
- *.cloudfront.net (can not be listed as a sub-domain)
Whitelabel Domains:
Some video sites have their own whitelabel domain. This will be the main website where you are requesting to load your video or event. This will need to be included in your IT whitelist request.
Ports
The minimum requirement is that Port 443 TCP is open for Secure HTTPS traffic.
Feel free to reach out to webcastcloud support if you have any questions or require further assistance.
