To connect your Authorize.Net payment gateway with Webcastcloud, you’ll need to retrieve your Authorize.Net API Login ID and Transaction Key from your Authorize.Net account and enter them into your Webcastcloud admin settings.
Follow the steps below to complete the process:
Step 1: Setup API Keys in to Authorize.Net
- Login to https://account.authorize.net
- Nnavigate to the Account tab in the top navigation.
- Under Security Settings, click API Credentials & Keys.

On the API Credentials page, you’ll see:
- API Login ID: This is your public identifier.
- To get your Transaction Key, select New Transaction Key and click Submit.
- You may be prompted to verify your identity (via PIN or email confirmation).
- Once verified, your new Transaction Key will be displayed. Copy it immediately as it will not be shown again.
Step 2: Add API Keys to Webcastcloud Admin
- Log in to your Webcastcloud Admin Portal.
- Go to Settings > Integrations > Payments.
- Edit Authorize.Net

Enter the following details:
- API Login ID (from Step 2)
- Transaction Key (from Step 2)
- Click Save.
- Go back to Integrations > Payments and Turn On Authorize.Net
Once configured, test a payment from your Webcastcloud Library.
Optional: Enable Sandbox Mode (For Testing)
If you’re testing with a sandbox account, ensure that Sandbox Mode is enabled in the Webcastcloud admin settings. You will need separate API keys from your Authorize.Net sandbox account at https://sandbox.authorize.net.
