This guide walks you through the full process of accessing your Ezidebit API credentials and configuring Ezidebit as your payment provider in Webcastcloud. You’ll begin by retrieving your Ezidebit Digital Key and Public Key, then add them to your Webcastcloud TEST environment before switching payment providers.
1. Access Your Ezidebit API Keys
To connect Ezidebit with Webcastcloud, you will need the following credentials from your Ezidebit Merchant Portal:
Digital Key
Public Key
These are required to authenticate your payment integration.
Step 1: Log in to the Ezidebit Merchant Portal
Sign in using your Ezidebit administrator login.
Step 2: Navigate to API / Integration Settings
Inside the portal:
Open the Administration menu.
Select API Keys, API Access, or Web API Credentials.
Menu labels may differ depending on your Ezidebit configuration.
This section contains your available API credentials.
Step 3: Copy Your Keys
Locate and copy the following fields:
Digital Key
Public Key
Copy each value exactly as shown.
If you cannot see your keys
You may not have permissions enabled. In this case:
Ensure you are logged in with an administrator account, or
Contact Ezidebit Support to enable API access on your merchant profile.
2. Add Your Ezidebit Keys to Webcastcloud
Once you have both keys, you can configure Ezidebit in your Webcastcloud admin.
Step 1: Log in to Your Webcastcloud Admin
Log in to the admin environment you’re configuring.
(Your test or production environment URLs may differ.)
Step 2: Open the Payment Integrations
In the left menu, go to Integrations.
Select Payments.
Choose Ezidebit and click Edit.
Step 3: Enter Your API Credentials
Paste in:
Digital Key
Public Key
Important about Live Mode:
Only toggle Live Mode ON if you are configuring your production site.
Leave Live Mode OFF when configuring any test or staging environment.
Click Save.
Step 4: Enable Ezidebit
Return to the payment provider list and toggle ON Ezidebit to activate it for your environment.
