Members can view the Continuing Education (CE) credits they have achieved directly from their profile within the content library.
Log in to the Content Library
Navigate to User Profile
Select Video Activity or Courses
Here you will see a list of completed content and any CE credits earned.
Activity Statements and Certificates
From the User Profile, members can also:
Print an activity statement showing their completed education activities
Download a certificate of completion (if certificates are enabled for the content)
These documents can be used to demonstrate completed education to a third-party accreditation authority if required.
Viewing Credits in Your CRM or AMS
If your organization has configured CE Credit Write-Back to your CRM or Association Management System (such as iMIS), completed credits will also be sent back to your member record.
Members may then also see their education credits reflected in their member profile within the CRM/AMS platform.
Enabling User Profiles
To allow members to view their CE credits in the content library, User Profiles must be enabled.
Navigate to Admin → Layout → Video Library → Settings
