If your Webcastcloud platform is configured to write Continuing Education (CE) credits back to an integrated Association Management System (AMS) or Customer Relationship Management (CRM) platform, you can monitor the status of each credit directly within the Webcastcloud Admin Portal.
Viewing Credit Write-Back Status
Option 1: Video Analytics
- In Webcastcloud Admin, navigate to the video from >Library >Content
- Navigate to Analytics for the relevant video, webinar, or content item.
- Locate the member's analytics record in the table
- Review the Credit Sent status.
If a credit has been successfully written back to the integrated platform, a green tick will be displayed in the Credit Sent column.
Option 2: Member Details
- In Admin >Users >Members
- Navigate to Member
- Open the relevant member record.
- Select the Analytics tab.
- Review the Credit Sent status for the member's completed content.
A green tick indicates the CE credit has been successfully sent to the integrated AMS or CRM.
Understanding Credit Status
| Status | Meaning |
|---|---|
| Green Tick | Credit has been successfully sent to the integrated platform. |
| No Tick | Credit has not yet been sent or is waiting to be processed during the next scheduled credit write-back run. |
Important Notes
- Credit write-backs are typically processed by a scheduled background task and may not occur immediately after a member completes content.
- If credits were recently enabled or a backlog of credits is being processed, it may take some time for all eligible credits to be sent.
- Once successfully processed, the Credit Sent indicator will update automatically.
