Requesting a member to agree to your Terms of Use before their member profile is created can be setup using the following settings.
Terms of Use are currently only supported with SSO Advanced Integrations.
When a new member signs in using SSO with a 3rd party website, when they are returned to webcastcloud they must agree to the Terms of Use before their member profile setup is complete.
If they do not agree and cancel the acceptance, their member profile will not be setup and they will then return to your video site as an anonymous user.
Steps
- Browse to Registration >Authentication tab
- Select Advanced Menu Settings from the collapsible menu
- Enable Terms of Use
- Set your Terms of Use Message for your site
- Use the Link icon to create a hyperlink to your website Terms of Use page
- Save
When a new member logs in using SSO, they will now see the Terms of Use message and need to accept before their member profile setup is complete.
