You can track views, logins, and engagement across various member types and groups. Additionally, you can filter data to view top-performing non-members, making it a valuable tool for identifying potential leads.
Step-by-Step Guide to Accessing Member Analytics
1. Navigating to Member Analytics
- Log into your Webcastcloud Admin account.
- From the left-hand menu, navigate to Analytics.
- Select Members.
2. Applying Filters to Customize Your Data
You can filter the analytics data using a variety of options to focus on specific member types, groups, or time periods. Here's how to set up the filters:
- Member Name: Enter the name of the member you want to view.
- Member Email: Search by the member's email address.
- From Date: Select the start date for the data range (
dd/mm/yyyy
). - To Date: Choose the end date for the range (
dd/mm/yyyy
). - Member Types: Select the specific type of members you want to track (e.g., Associate, Affiliate, Full Member, Non-member).

- Email: The email address of the member.
- Customer ID: The unique identifier for the customer within your system.

- Total Videos Watched: The total number of videos watched by the member.
- Total Live: The number of live events watched.
- Total OnDemand: The number of on-demand videos watched.
- Time Watched: The total time spent watching videos by the member.
- Average Time: The average amount of time the member spends watching each video.
- Average Percentage: The average percentage of each video that the member watches.
- First Watch: The date and time the member first watched any content.
4. Identifying Non-Member Engagement
- You can filter data to identify top-performing non-members. This is useful for finding potential leads who are highly engaged with your content but are not yet members. Simply select Non-Members under the Member Types filter to track their engagement.
5. Exporting Data
- If you need to further analyze the data, click the Download button located below the analytics table. This will allow you to download the filtered data as a CSV file for external reporting or sharing with your team.
