The Course Analytics section in Webcastcloud Admin allows you to monitor course participation, completion rates, and member engagement with your courses. You can view overall course statistics, submissions, and detailed activity for recent course completions.
Step-by-Step Guide to Accessing Course Analytics
1. Navigating to Course Analytics
- Log into your Webcastcloud Admin account.
- From the left-hand menu, navigate to Analytics.
- Select Courses.
2. Viewing Course Totals
At the top of the Courses Analytics section, you will find the following totals:
- Total Courses: The total number of courses available in the platform.
- Total In Progress: The number of courses that members are currently working on.
- Total Completed: The number of courses that members have successfully completed.
3. Analyzing Submissions
To visualize course submissions, a bar chart will be displayed showing the total failed and completed submissions over the selected date range. The x-axis represents the date range.
- Current Filters: You can filter the data using predefined date ranges, such as:
- This Week
- Last Week
- This Month
- This Year
After applying the date range, you can choose to display results as either Monthly or Daily.
4. Recent Course Activity Table
Below the bar chart, you will find the Recent Course Activity table, which lists members who have recently completed a course. This table includes the following columns:
- Email: The email address of the member.
- Name: The name of the member.
- Course: The name of the course completed.
- Video: The associated video for the course.
- Channel: The channel under which the course is offered.
- Quiz Name: The name of the quiz associated with the course.
- Submitted Date: The date the quiz was submitted.
- Pass Rate: The percentage of correct answers.
- Score: The actual score achieved by the member.
- CE Points Achieved: Continuing Education points awarded for completion.
- Quiz Results: A summary of the quiz results.
- View Course: A link to view the completed course.
5. Course Results Table
Below the Recent Course Activity table, you will see the Course Results table, which provides an overview of each course's performance. This table includes the following columns:
- Course Name: The name of the course.
- In Progress: The number of members currently enrolled and actively working on the course.
- Completed: The total number of members who have completed the course.
- Average Pass Rate: The average percentage of correct answers for quizzes taken in the course.
- No. of Quizzes: The total number of quizzes included in the course.
- No. of Videos: The total number of videos included in the course.
- Last Activity Date: The most recent date of activity for the course.
- Actions: A button that takes you to the specific course analytics page for more detailed information on that course.
