Step-by-Step Guide to Accessing Poll Analytics

1. Navigating to Poll Analytics

  • Log into your Webcastcloud Admin account.
  • From the left-hand menu, navigate to Analytics.
  • Select Polls.

2. Viewing Poll Totals

At the top of the Poll Analytics section, you will find the following totals:

  • Total Polls: The total number of polls created on the platform.
  • Total Completed: The number of polls that participants have completed.

3. Polls Table

Below the totals, you will find the Polls table, which displays detailed information for each poll. The table includes the following columns:

  • Poll Title: The title of the poll.
  • Poll Type: The type of poll (e.g., multiple choice, true/false).
  • Video Title: The title of the video associated with the poll.
  • No. of Questions: The total number of questions in the poll.
  • No. of Correct Answers: The number of correct responses provided by participants.
  • No. of Incorrect Answers: The number of incorrect responses provided by participants.

Each row in the Polls table provides the following action buttons:

  • Edit Poll: Click this button to modify the poll details or questions.

5. Poll Answers Table

Upon selecting Poll Analytics, you will be directed to the Poll Answers table, which displays participant responses. The table includes:

  • Poll Answers: The responses provided by participants.
  • Member Name: The name of the participant.
  • Email: The email address of the participant.
  • UserName: The username of the participant.
  • Attempts: The number of attempts made by the participant.
  • Last Activity Date: The date when the participant last engaged with the poll.
  • Results: The outcome of the participant's responses.

6. Poll Questions Table

Additionally, you will find a Poll Questions table, which includes:

  • Question Name: The name of each poll question.
  • Quiz Name: The name of the quiz (if applicable).
  • Status: The current status of the question (e.g., active, inactive).
  • Created Date: The date when the question was created.
  • Created By: The name of the user who created the question.
  • Last Activity Date: The date of the most recent activity on the question.
  • No. of Correct Answers: The total number of correct responses for the question.
  • No. of Incorrect Answers: The total number of incorrect responses for the question.
  • Highest Incorrect Answers: The highest number of incorrect answers received for any specific question.
  • No. Of Viewers: The number of participants who viewed the poll.
