This report allows administrators to view total video views for all content within a specific channel, including sub channels, within a selected date range.
Steps
- In Admin, browse to:
Analytics > Videos - Select Filter
- Under Channel, select the required channel
- Enable Include Sub Channels if the channel has child channels and you want to include videos and content within the child channel in your results
- Select the required:
- Date Range
- Or Video Date filter (uses the content publish/upload date)
- Select Submit
- Click:
Submit
The report will display:
- Total Views
- Unique Users
- Watch Time
- Average Watch Duration
- Video-specific analytics
Exporting the Report
To export the data:
- Select Download to Excel
This allows further analysis, filtering, and pivot table reporting externally.
