This report allows administrators to identify users who viewed content from a specific channel during a selected date range.
Steps
- Browse to:
Analytics > Users - Select Filters
- Under Channel, select the required content channel
- Include Sub Channels if applicable
- Select the required Date Range
Select Member Types (member lists, groups, member types, non-members, subscribers etc) to see results from only user within specific groups
Select Submit
The report will display users who accessed content from that channel, including:
- Full Name
- Email Address
- Customer ID / Member ID
- Total Videos Watched
- Total Live Views
- Total OnDemand Views
- Time Watched
- Average Time
- Average Percentage
- First Viewed Date
- Last Viewed Date
Exporting User Data
Select Download to Excel
