Overview
This article will provide steps on how to create a Studio Guest user and invite to an upcoming livestream.
Create a studio guest user
- Log in to the Admin Portal.
- Navigate to: Users > Users > Click Add New User (top-right corner).

Enter the following details:
- First & Last Name
- Select Studio Guest as the role
- Enter a password
Note: You will send the Studio Guest a password reset link so they can set their own password.

Ensure the Status flag is set to On.
Note: You can disable the Studio Guest login by turning the Status flag off or delete their user account after the event.
- Click Submit.
6. Click Actions > Details > Send Password Reset.
The Studio Guest will be able to log in after resetting their password.
Invite Studio Guest to Live Studio
Pre-requisite:
A Webcam Livestream must already be set up. Refer to this article for assistance: Create and Run a Webcam Livestream.
1. Go to the video management page of the upcoming livestream
2. Click on the Media Info Tab
3. Click Copy next to Live Studio URL:
4. Once the URL has been copied share it with the Studio Guest along with their login details and any event-related information.
Note: You can share this link as soon as the livestream is created. The link remains unchanged unless the livestream is deleted and replaced.
